WeCanDoThisBetter

Released on: 2020-06-22

I’ve been in the computer industry for well over two decades. It has changed so much that it is barely recognisable compared to what it was. Most of the changes are for the better. Some are things that we have always sucked at. And some are very much worse.

The weCanDoThisBetter series of blog posts is for addressing the areas where we could do better. It would be SO EASY to become the grumpy old man and start yelling for everyone to get off my lawn. The weCanDoThisBetter is not for that. It is for raising issues that I see and suggesting a way (or ways) forward so we, as an industry, can improve. I will be regularly self-reflecting to make sure I’m sticking to this.

The title photo is from many, many years ago. But I felt it illustrated this series really nicely.
